Submitted by Mel-O

Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
4 cups milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon salt
2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 pound Colby cheese, shredded
1/4 pound muenster cheese, shredded
1/4 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks

Instructions
Butter a 11x15 in baking pan or deep dish 9X13. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Boil macaroni according to package directions until tender. Rinse and thoroughly drain macaroni. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and combine thoroughly. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Original recipe calls for 1/4 pound shredded American cheese on top. I used shredded cheddar, bread crumbs and drizzled more melted butter on top.

Bake in preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Cookie Tip
Any cookie
Submitted by Todd & Bonnie Totzke

Ingredients
Lil, Dan's mother gave me a tip for making softer cookies. Put one small pkg. instant vanilla pudding in your cookie recipe and your cookies should have a softer texture.

I haven't tried it yet but will post again when I make my cookies.

Instructions
Add the instant pudding with the dry ingredients.

Strawberry Pretzel
A strawberry dessert made with a pretzel crust
Submitted by Helen Eadie

Ingredients
2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
2 (3-ounce) packages strawberry gelatin dessert mix
2 cups boiling water
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
Whipped topping or whipped cream, to garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
For the crust, mix the pretzels, butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press this mixture into a 9 by 13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar. Fold in the whipped topping, and spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until well chilled.
In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, and allow to cool slightly. Add the strawberries and pineapple, and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, cut slices and serve with a dollop of whipped topping.

Make sure you get each layer cold. I put it in freezer each layer so it`s cold and it helps it to set up. I didn`t use the frozen berries, I made it with sliced fresh strawberries.
